Find your tickets

1. Search the email address you used at checkout for “Your RCI 3 tickets”. Check spam and promotions folders too.
2. Open each private ticket link in that email. Every guest has a separate ticket number.
3. Save a screenshot of each pass, including its QR code and ticket number, before arriving.

Still missing a ticket?

Contact RCI with the buyer’s name, checkout email address, purchase date, and number of tickets. We’ll check the order and help you recover your passes. Please do not send card numbers or passwords.

At the door

Show one digital ticket per guest. Staff will verify the ticket against the current RCI 3 check-in list. Each ticket can be admitted once. A screenshot keeps your code accessible; staff still need a connection to check the live list.

Supporting an athlete

Use their referral link or choose their name before checkout. Each paid $25 ticket in the order counts toward the selected athlete’s sales. Refunded or disputed tickets do not qualify. If credit is missing, email RCI with your order details and the athlete’s name for review.

Order changes or payment questions

Email RCI before buying again if you are unsure whether your first payment succeeded. Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed by RCI; this page does not promise a refund.
